Rachel is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, taxation, outsourced CFO services, and more. With her deep knowledge of accounting and finance, experience as a small business owner, and hands-on experience working in corporate positions ranging from Senior Accountant to Controller to Vice President, Rachel understands issues that small and medium-sized businesses face today.
Rachel is the Founder and CEO of Raruzen Accounting. She works with small business and individual clients on taxation, accounting, business growth and efficiency strategies, business startup consulting, and more, all resulting in thousands of dollars saved in aggregate. Rachel believes in a collaborative approach where clients take an active part in executing strategies she proposes, and then enjoy results achieved.
Rachel serves as the firm’s small business specialist, working closely with entrepreneurs to help them develop strategic accounting systems to make more informed business decisions to grow their organizations effectively.
Rachel is passionate about working with business owners to help them meet their organizational goals and create opportunities. Her educational background includes a diploma in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration.
